Kiwi Ferns international Laishon Albert-Jones joined the Knights squad ahead of the 2023 NRLW season.

The niece of former NRL player and Kiwis legend Stacey Jones, Laishon won the Cathy Friend Women's Player of the Year award in 2021 for the best female player in the Auckland competition while has represented New Zealand including at the 2021 World Cup.

Albert-Jones made her NRLW debut in the opening game of the 2023 season before going onto win her first premiership in the competition with the Knights.

A versatile middle forward, Albert-Jones is signed on until at least the end of the 2024 season.
