Red Cross Flood Relief

TURN UP | STEP UP FOR OUR COMMUNITY

$5 will be donated for every person at Sunday's game

For every person who attends this Sunday's Double Header at McDonald Jones Stadium, $5 will be donated directly to the Red Cross Flood Appeal.

Newcastle Knights’ CEO, Philip Gardner said the Knights are committed to supporting the Red Cross in easing the burden felt by so many.

“We are proud to represent the people of northern NSW and our hearts go out to all those in northern NSW and beyond who have been affected by this disaster,” Mr. Gardner said.

“The Newcastle Knights and more broadly, the game of rugby league, receives widespread community support and it is our great privilege to reciprocate - especially during times of great need.

“We are grateful to have a supporter base that extends well beyond Newcastle, and we know there are many dedicated Knights members and fans living within flood affected communities throughout northern NSW and beyond.

“We feel deeply for all those impacted by this disaster, and we are very pleased to contribute financially to the Red Cross Flood Appeal.”

Our communities are calling, let’s answer together. An estimated 10 million Australians have been affected by the recent flooding. Don't miss Round 4 for NRLW and Round 2 for NRL who are fighting for the Allan McMahon Shield. All donations will be sent directly to the Australian Red Cross NSW and QLD Flood Appeal.
