Scans have revealed nib Newcastle Knights NRLW forward, Caitlan Johnston, has suffered a grade 3 UCL elbow tear which occurred during the Round 1 fixture against the Parramatta Eels.
The Indigenous All Star representative has been ruled out of the Round 2 clash against the Brisbane Broncos this Sunday.
In further news, NRLW forward Phoebe Desmond has tested positive for COVID-19 ruling her out of the Round 2 clash against Brisbane.
