A Maitland product, the winger played 20s with the Knights in 2016 before moving North to link with the Sunshine Coast and later Souths Logan.
The 23-year-old scored 23 tries in as many games in 2019.
He will be joined for the first pre-season block by Knights 20s and Canterbury Cup flyer Toby Marks.
Several Jersey Flegg and Canterbury Cup players will join the fulltime squad in the lead-up to Christmas.
Promising No.7 Bayden Searle started 2019 in the 20s before finishing the year in Cup and will benefit from training alongside the likes of Mitchell Pearce.
Canterbury Cup utility Chris Randell and lock Zac Hosking will also train.
Randell was a Development Player in 2019 and has wasted little time impressing in the testing this year.
20s forwards Jack Cameron and Brandon Russell have also joined the training squad.
