nib Newcastle Knights Head Coach Justin Holbrook has confirmed his squad for tonight's Member Appreciation Round clash against the Sydney Roosters at McDonald Jones Stadium.
Connor Votano comes out of the side this week.
Tyson Frizell has been shuffled back to the interchange bench, with Cody Hopwood promoted to the starting side.
As a result, Phoenix Crossland will lead the team onto the field for the very first time as co-captain.
There are no further changes to the team list.

nib Newcastle Knights Head Coach Justin Holbrook has named his 22-man squad for Friday night's Member Appreciation Round clash against the Sydney Roosters at McDonald Jones Stadium.
Dane Gagai comes out of the team this week, after being ruled out of the clash with calf tightness.
Fletcher Hunt comes into the team at centre, with the remainder of the roster unchanged from the one which took on Cronulla last week.
