Rehab Report: Jacob Saifiti and NRLW Injury Update

nib Newcastle Knights forward Jacob Saifiti will spend a period on the sidelines after suffering a moderate grade hamstring injury during the Club's Round 18 clash against the Dolphins.


Scans have confirmed Saifiti will to miss between six and eight weeks as he commences his rehabilitation program.


The club has also provided an update on several key injuries within the NRLW squad.


Lilly-Ann White suffered a syndesmosis injury during the team's Round 1 victory over the Sharks, and is expected to miss up to eight weeks.


In further unfortunate news, Evie Jones has been ruled out for the remainder of the 2026 NRLW season after suffering a hamstring injury.


Ella-Jaye Harrison-Leaunoa has also sustained a season-ending ACL injury, while Damita Betham will miss the remainder of the campaign after requiring shoulder surgery.


The Club will continue to monitor all players' rehabilitation and provide updates on their return to play as appropriate.
