Round 9 NRLW team list

nib Newcastle Knights NRLW Head Coach Ben Jeffries has named a squad off 22 for their Sunday morning clash against the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks at Sharks Stadium.

In team news, Kayla Romaniuk is withdrawn from the squad after accepting an early guilty plea to a Grade 2 Dangerous Contact charge from last round's match against the Broncos. Romaniuk will serve a one-match suspension.

Young prop Grace Giampino is set to make her NRLW debut off the bench, named in jersey 17.

Born in Darwin, Giampino arrived in the off-season from the Bulldogs in the NSW Women's Premiership and is set to become Knight #63.

Furthermore, Tenika Willison returns to the line-up in the centres while Lilly Ann-White is named on the wing coming in for Tess Staines (broken wrist).
