Peter Parr joins the KNIGHTS // HQ Podcast

We're joined by nib Newcastle Knights Director of Football, Peter Parr, on the KNIGHTS // HQ Podcast to provide an update on the Club as a whole.

During the first bye round of the season, we took the time to catch up with 'Parrie' to chat about how the NRL squad is tracking along in 2024, plus the decisions behind some of the Club's recent re-signings.

"We knew we would have to change the way we played (without Kalyn), we knew we would need to be good in particular areas of our game to compensate losing a player of such class," Parr said on the KNIGHTS // HQ Podcast.

"I think the players have done that remarkably well."

Peter talked about his approach to re-signing key figures at the Knights including Head Coach Adam O'Brien, Bradman Best, Dane Gagai and Jacob Saifiti.

Our Director also spoke about introducing the new Club values earlier in the year - Tradition, Grit, Inspire and Win and the thought process behind the inauguration of the values system.

We also discussed the Knights pathways system and the infrastructure put in place for the emerging crop of talent in Newcastle, plus the NRLW squad coming together ahead of their scheduled pre-season start date.

We round out the epsiode, testing 'Parrie' on his own career with his career quiz from his time at the Cowboys, NSW Blues to now at the Knights.
