nib Newcastle Knights utility Phoenix Crossland has taken the early guilty plea after being handed a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact charge following a tackle on Eels prop Junior Paulo in last Friday night's final trial game.
Crossland has accepted a $1000 fine and won't serve any match suspension.
