Scans have revealed nib Newcastle Knights front-rower Daniel Saifiti has suffered a high grade MCL injury to his left knee during last Sunday’s match against the Cronulla Sharks.
In good news, no other structural damage has occurred.
Initial indications suggest the Blues enforcer will be sidelined for between three-to-five weeks, dependent upon how the injury responds to treatment.
