Jirah Momoisea and Simi Sasagi come out of the side this week.
Mitchell Pearce has been ruled out, with Phoenix Crossland granted a special exemption to come into the team in jersey No.22.
The remainder of the side is unchanged to the side named on Tuesday afternoon.
The team will be confirmed one hour prior to kick off tomorrow.
