Brodie Jones inks multi-year Knights deal

The nib Newcastle Knights are excited to announce talented back-rower Brodie Jones has extended his Knights contract for a further two seasons.

Enjoying a break-out season which has included several standout performances, Jones has established himself as an NRL regular after playing just seven games in his debut season.

Jones has fast become one of the Knights members and supporters favourite players, following several strong performances in various positions across the park. 

The 23-year-old said he was delighted to secure his future with the Club.

“I’m very happy to have resigned for the club,” Jones said.

“I love this Club, and this is where I want to be.”

The local junior has developed into one of Adam O’Brien’s most reliable and versatile players.

Head of Recruitment, Clint Zammit, said this is a wonderful signing for the Club.

“Brodie is a local kid, great club person and a fierce competitor,” Zammit said.

“He continues to develop and grow every time he plays.

“We are excited to see where he can get to over the next few years and beyond.”

Jones will remain a Knight until at least the end of the 2023 season.
