Bradman Best comes out of the side this week after suffering an elbow injury at training, with Gehamat Shibasaki taking his place in the centres.
Young gun Simi Sasagi is the other player to drop out of the squad, with Dom Young and Pasami Saulo the remaining players on the extended bench.
The team will be confirmed one hour prior to kick-off.
