Social: Origin fallout, King and Edrick love

See what the nib Newcastle Knights players have been getting up to in their down time.

We've been keeping across the social media accounts of our troops and this is what they've been up to.


It may seem like a while ago now, but it's been just five days since the Maroons claimed an incredible series win at a sold-out Suncorp Stadium.

It was a massive night for our Knights, with Edrick Lee making his Origin debut and scoring a crucial try on the stroke of half-time.

The boys' socials lit up both pre and post game, with plenty of love for our boys in both Maroon and Blue.


Last week was a busy one on the recruitment front, with three new additions to our squad being announced.

However, it was the retention of Josh King which sent the Instagram Stories into overdrive.


Kalyn Ponga is back in town and that means the 257.collective project is stepping up it's production.

Whatever comes next, we're sure it'll be fraaaaaaaash.


2021 Memberships went on sale last week, and the boys were quick to jump on the socials and get behind the campaign.


With pre-season training getting back underway this week, it seems that Enari Tuala and Starford To'a jumped up to the Gold Coast to enjoy their last few days of freedom before the whips start cracking.


The towering centre arrived in Sydney last week, and is currently completing his mandatory quarantine period before arriving in Newcastle in the coming days.
