Newcastle Knights prop David Klemmer has accepted a contrary conduct charge from the NRL.
The prop was found to have had words with an NRL match official during the Club’s loss at Penrith on Sunday.
Klemmer was handed a grade-one offence for the 75th-minute incident which incurs a $1500 fine but was reduced to $1150 after he submitted an early guilty plea.
