Nathan Brown has cut four players from his squad ahead of the nib Newcastle Knights’ Round 17 clash against the Bulldogs.
Veteran lock Aidan Guerra drops off the extended bench, along with young forward Pasami Saulo.
Young guns Brodie Jones and Chris Randall have also been omitted from the team.
This means all four State of Origin representatives (Mitchell Pearce, David Klemmer, Tim Glasby and Daniel Saifiti) are still in the mix to run out on Friday night.
Coach Brown will finalise his final 17 one hour prior to kick-off.
