Four Knights players have been selected in the New South Wales under 20s State of Origin team.
The Blues face the Maroons in the curtain raiser to game three of the series and the Knights will boast the most representatives of any other club.
Matt Croker, Phoenix Crossland, Tex Hoy and Luke Huth will wear the sky blue on July 10.
All four players have featured in both the Jersey Flegg and Canterbury Cup competitions this season.
Croker is a forward from Nabiac with a strong work ethic, Crossland is a playmaker mature beyond his years, Huth is a no nonsense No.9 and Hoy is a livewire jack of all trades who has spent the best part of this season playing his trade at fullback.
One player has been named in the Queensland team.
Jersey Flegg lock Brandon Russell has been named for the Maroons.
Russell was part of the QLD emerging program earlier in the year.
A high-energy player, Russell is a tireless worker in attack and defence.
So highly regarded, Russell broke his thumb seven weeks ago and is only cleared to return this week but the Maroons have backed him to do a job.
