Samoan international James Gavet has agreed to join the nib Newcastle Knights from 2019.
The forward has signed a two-year-deal with the Club which sees him in the red and blue until at least the end of 2020.
Gavet was contracted to the Warriors for next season but the Club agreed to an early release, so Gavet could pursue a longer-term opportunity.
Knights Player List Manager Troy Pezet said the addition of Gavet further strengthens the side.
"James adds a lot to our squad," Pezet said.

"It's no secret the front row was an area we are looking to strengthen next season," Pezet continues.
"The addition of James will keep our younger players honest and ensures healthy competition for places in our 17."
Gavet said he's excited by what the future holds.
