They won't all be wearing red and blue until next season but that doesn't mean we're not keeping track of our new recruits.

With the 2019 NRL pre-season getting closer by the minute, we've been keeping a close eye on how the likes of Jesse Ramien, Tim Glasby and Edrick Lee have been performing.

Fortunately for the Club, all our new additions have been in fine form.

Brown: Pearce injury, costly mistakes


Melbourne forward Glasby pushed out 38 minutes in Friday's loss to South Sydney.

He had nine runs for 78 metres and 28 post-contact metres.

The Queensland Origin prop also made one tackle break.

With the Storm going down by 10-points, Glasby made 20 tackles with just one miss.

He's an attacking weapon.

His skills were on show in Sunday's golden point loss to Manly.

The Cronulla centre scored one of the most impressive tries of the game when he forced his way over less than a minute from halftime.

Carrying two men on his back and brushing aside another two, Ramien demonstrated his strength and determination to secure his four-pointer.

In the 81-minute performance he ran for 88 metres, 33 post-contact metres, one line-break and six tackle breaks.

His tackle breaks were the most of any Sharks player.

He also made 10 tackles with one miss.

The winger is still sidelined with a shoulder injury and unable to take the field.
