ISP Newcastle Knights coach Rory Kostjasyn has named his 18-man squad for Saturday's Round 19 encounter against the Penrith Panthers at McDonald Jones Stadium.

Jersey Flegg's Matt Cooper steps into the custodian role for his chance to impress in the absence of Nick Meaney who retains the number one jersey in NRL this week. 


An experienced combination back in the halves, with ISP set to see the return of Jack Cogger alongside Brock Lamb.

With a bye last week, Pasami Saulo was able to return to the 20s to bolster their side but is back in ISP in the no. 10, with Sam Stone also adding firepower to the forward pack.

Meanwhile, head coach of the Knights Jersey Flegg side Todd Lowrie has named a 17-man squad for their clash against the Panthers as the opening match of the day on Saturday.

The versatile Tex Hoy has filled the fullback role with Matt Cooper getting the call-up to ISP, as Nash Birch and Hayden Loughrey re-unite in the halves.


Henry-Siriah Fuimaono moves from the bench into the no. 10, which sees Joe Bromage take his spot on the bench after missing out last week.
