The votes are in, and there are three nominations for the nib Inspiring Moment of the Year.

Head to the Club's Facebook page and vote for your Inspiring Moment of the Year to go in the running for a 2017 nib Newcastle Knights signed jersey.

Voting period closes 9pm Tuesday September 5. The winning moment will be announced at the Club's Awards Night on Thursday September 7.

NOMINATION ONE - DANIEL SAIFITI ROUND 9

There isn't a greater sight in rugby league than a 125kg prop galloping through open space, and it was no different in Round 9 when Daniel Saifiti went it alone.

Saifiti's burst seemed to come from nowhere, as he shrugged off two Titans' defenders and then proceeded to charge more than 50 metres down field.

NOMINATION TWO - BROCK LAMB ROUND 10

While plenty of tries were scored this weekend, the nib Inspiring Moment of the Weeks was awarded for a great defensive play.

With the game in the balance in the 36th minute, Joey Leilua looked as though he was in the clear to score when he broke out of a tackle.

20-year-old Brock Lamb came out of nowhere to chop him down just short of the line though, and preserved the Knights' lead heading into half time.

NOMINATION THREE - NATHAN ROSS ROUND 21

There were several big plays in the Round 21 win over the St George Illawarra Dragons, but arguably the most impressive came in the 14th minute.

With the Knights leading 12-0, Dragons winger Jason Nightingale was bearing down on the tryline.

He was preparing to make an acrobatic finish in the corner, until Nathan Ross came flying in from the side to send him into touch.

An honourable mention goes to Brock Lamb as well, who came in half a second later than Ross as the pair ensured that the Dragons would remain scoreless for a little while longer.
