With focus now on the Club's home clash against the Canberra Raiders this Sunday, Sione Mata’utia said he’s ready to get out there and take on the likes of Joey Leilua and Jordan Rapana.

“It is a big task, Joey has been playing some good footy and Jordan Rapana has been killing the left side of their pretty big pack,” said Mata’utia.

“They have got some good strikes on both edges so you’ve got to be good across the park.

“If we get one through to 17 playing their best footy it will give us a good chance to win.”

Mata'utia says the team's form against Canberra in the past has been good.

“We seem to play really well against Canberra and I think at home last year we drew with them and they had a pretty good side so we’re definitely going in confident,” Mata’utia commented.

“I would like to think we go in every week confident but there are certain things throughout the game we need to work on and we have been.”

Footy action is back at McDonald Jones Stadium this Sunday, gates open at 11.30am, NYC kick-off at 11.45am before NRL at 2pm.
