Reserve Grade coach Simon Woolford has named his 22-man squad for his side's Round 7 away match against the Blacktown Workers.

There aren't many changes in the side after a rousing Round 6 win over the Penrith Panthers, although Mickey Paea has been named to make a return from injury on the bench.

Meanwhile, NYC coach Todd Lowrie has named his 23-man squad to take on the Sydney Roosters at McDonald Jones Stadium on Good Friday.

There are no changes to the starting 17 named last week, although prop Matt Croker comes onto the bench with the SG Ball season concluded.

Off-season signing Josh Ralph has also been named as 19th man after a long injury layoff.
