Thursday was another significant day for the Newcastle Knights and the community as local business McDonald Jones came on board as a Platinum Partner.
Following on from the announcement last Thursday that nib would become the Club’s Principal Partner for the next three years, it’s evident Newcastle is supporting the Knights as much as ever.
“We’re so fortunate that we’ve got such great support from the Newcastle community,” Knights CEO Matt Gidley said at McDonald Jones Stadium on Thursday morning.
“We had the likes of nib come and support the Club last week, and now McDonald Jones as well.
“Both companies were born and bred in Newcastle and are now competing on a national and global scale.
“It’s excellent news for the Club.”
