Newcastle Knights hooker Tyler Randell has been ruled out of Saturday's final match of the season against the St George Illawarra Dragons due to a rib injury.
Coach Nathan Brown will travel with an extended squad to Sydney on Friday afternoon before finalising his 17-man team on Saturday.
