Knights toast women in league
The Newcastle Knights will toast the significant contribution of women to the game of rugby league during Women in League Round this Saturday at Hunter Stadium.
Arrive to the game early and experience the Women in League pamper zone and receive special gifts as the Club celebrates women and the role they play at all levels of the Rugby League family.
The first 1000 people through the gates will receive a free limited edition I love NK champagne glass cooler.
Visit the pamper zone with massage therapists on hand to help you relax and be spoilt with purple roses which will be given out throughout the ground and will give you the chance to win a signed Knights jersey.
Hunter Stadium's Gema Catering will also be running a special offer on game day in conjunction with Women in League Round.
Established in 2007, the Women in League program aims to make women feel proud of their roles and contribution to the game. More than 450,000 females have a direct connection with Rugby League - whether it is as administrators, players, coaches, employees, volunteers or club members - women really are at the heart of the game.
Be at Hunter Stadium on Saturday for Women in League Round and support the team when they take on the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.
Gates open: 10.30am
