The 2016 season is set to be a big year for the Newcastle Knights, but for forward Tariq Sims, there’s also something special to look forward to off the football field.
He and his partner Ashleigh are expecting a second baby in March.
The new addition to the Sims family is a sibling for the couple’s first daughter, Lakia (pictured) who helped her parents announce the news on social media (see below).
Meanwhile, his younger brother and teammate Korbin Sims is also expecting his first child later this year.
