Adam Clydsdale was Players' Player in only his second game back from an extended injury lay-off.
With childhood hero Danny Buderus watching on as interim head coach, Clydsdale put in a strong shift in the centre of the field with a game-high 43 tackles as well as a clever try from dummy-half.
Perhaps the most impressive part of Clydsdale's game however was his tackle accuracy.
Of the 43 tackles the hooker attempted, he missed none.
