The Newcastle Knights has named a 17-man team for Friday's Round 16 clash against the Brisbane Broncos at Suncorp Stadium.
With the omission of Kade Snowden (suspension) and Chris Houston (broken finger), Sam Mataora and Clint Newton come into the team.
Jake Mamo resumes at fullback, as does Danny Levi on the bench and Kurt Gidley in the halves alongside Carlos Tuimavave.
After making a return off the bench from a back injury last week, Robbie Rochow moves into the starting side.
Jarrod Mullen, Jeremy Smith and Tyrone Roberts will be monitored up until the team departs for Brisbane on Thursday.
