The Newcastle Knights draw for the final six premiership rounds of the 2014 season feature two family friendly Sunday afternoon games and two Saturday games at Hunter Stadium as well as interstate trips to Cairns and Suncorp Stadium.

The Knights face the Rabbitohs in Cairns in Round 21 on Sunday August 3 and will be searching for a win with no home ground advantage for either team.

The Red and Blue is also excited to run out at Suncorp and the opportunity to get in touch with the Club’s Queensland based supporters when they take on the Broncos in Brisbane in Round 24.

With four of the six final rounds at Hunter Stadium, the Knights are eager for the boost of performing on home turf in front of the Club’s dedicated Members and supporters.

"The Knights are overall pleased with our home scheduling for our final 4 home games at Hunter Stadium,” general manager of commercial operations and marketing, Jarrod Johnstone said.

"We are glad to host the Dragons on Sunday afternoon Football, when we welcome all of our past players and officials back to Hunter Stadium for the traditional Old Boys dedicated game.

"Another highly anticipated match will be when the Club hosts the Eels on Saturday afternoon.

"This will be an untried timeslot for our NRL team, however it affords our family Members the chance to bring the kids to the game and is also a great timeslot for entertaining our corporate partners," he added.

The Knights' other two home games are against the Warriors on Sunday afternoon to celebrate the Indigenous Round and the Storm on Saturday August 9th at 5.30pm.
