The nib Newcastle Knights are proud to celebrate the recognition of three of our stars on rugby league’s biggest stage, with Yasmin Clydsdale, Jesse Southwell and Sheridan Gallagher all named in the NRLW Team of the Year at the 2025 Dally M Awards.
The honour caps off another outstanding season for the Knights, with the trio’s performances showcasing the class, resilience and determination that has become a hallmark of the Club's NRLW program.
Clydsdale, a cornerstone of the Knights pack, was once again recognised for her tireless work rate and leadership on the edge.
The New South Wales Origin rep began her first season as Captain, leading from the front in one of her best years in the NRLW.
Southwell, who enjoyed another solid year in the No.7 jumper, earned her place among the competition’s elite halves.

Gallagher, in just her third season in the NRLW after completing a year for the Newcastle Jets in the A-League Women's, impressed with her powerful running game and fearless approach, scoring nine tries in another terrific season on the edge.
Together, their selection is not only a reflection of individual excellence but also of the collective strength and culture within the Knights NRLW squad.
