In team news, experienced players Botille Vette-Welsh and Tayla Predebon return to the starting line-up after missing last round.
Keighley Simpson retains her spot on the wing after making her debut off the bench as 18th player in the final round win over the dragons.
The New Zealand born outside back became Knight #66 in the eight-point win over the Dragons, scoring a sensational hat-trick on debut.
Viena Tinao also comes onto the interchange bench alongside Kirkpatrick, Yeo and Giampino.
It's do-or-die this Saturday for the Newcastle Knights as the squad host their first home final since 2023.
The winner of Saturday's match will advance to play the Brisbane Broncos in week two of the finals.
