The nib Newcastle Knights NRLW side have defeated the Parramatta Eels 30-6 at Eric Tweedale Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Newcastle flexed their muscle running in five tries to the Eels one to extend their winning streak to three wins on the trot.
The side will feel confident heading into a huge Magic Round weekend in Newcastle next start.
How it played out:
The match kicked off at Eric Tweedale Stadium in Sydney's west with the Knights sporting the away kit.
After a tough opening to the game with few opportunities, it took a bit of Bo Vette-Welsh brilliance alongside raw speed from Tess Staines to open up the game.
The fullback showed-and-goed through the line inside the Knights half before finding a flying Tess Staines in support, and the winger ran 60 metres to score under the posts.

Twelve minutes later, Tenika Willison doubled the Knights lead with some stunning footwork for her second of the NRLW campaign.
The centre stepped two defenders on her way to the try-line. Newcastle went into the sheds ahead 12-0.

Parramatta were the faster out of the sheds and were over for their first try in the 39th minute.
Forward Elsie Albert crossed over for the home side.
The Knights soon regained field position and ascendancy, extending their lead in the 46th minute.
Captain Yasmin Clydsdale spun through the defence with precision to score the Knights third of the game.

Sheridan Gallagher and Kayla Romaniuk sealed the result with four pointers in the 55th and 59th minute.
