In a landmark announcement, the NRL has confirmed that the Knights will be among the teams travelling to the United States, marking the first time the Knights will play for premiership points outside of Australia and New Zealand.

The Knights will join the Cowboys, Dragons and Bulldogs in what’s being billed as a blockbuster weekend of rugby league under the bright lights of Nevada.

Fresh off a historic Anzac Day game, this announcement will see the Knights again appear on one of rugby league's biggest occasions and presents a major opportunity for members to represent the Newcastle region on a global stage.

With a huge number of our 35,000+ membership base having already expressed their interest, the pride, passion, and power of the Hunter region will be on show to  an international audience.

The event will mark the third year the NRL takes games to the US, following the success of the inaugural Vegas round in 2024.

The Knights’ inclusion highlights their growing stature in the league and the appeal of our loyal, committed fan base.

More than just a game, the 2026 trip promises to be a celebration of rugby league culture - with fan activations, community events, and plenty of Aussie colour and flair expected to make a splash in America’s entertainment capital.

Match dates and ticketing details will be revealed in the coming months, along with travel and hospitality packages for Knights members and supporters.
