To ensure you have a seamless game-day experience, here’s everything you need to know before heading to McDonald Jones Stadium.
Reserved Seats - Full Season Members
Do you have your Membership card?
Yes – then you are all set to scan at the game!
No - Have you redeemed your membership card from the Member Kit Portal?
Yes – Then it should be on its way!
If it hasn’t arrived by game day you have 2 options:
Use the digital version that would have been sent to you from the Member Kit Portal or access your tickets via your Knights Hub Account.

Can’t attend?
If you can’t attend any NRL Home Game this season don’t let your seat be empty. You can return the seat to the club to make it available for ticket purchase. If it sells you will get credit towards your 2026 membership. Instructions here.

Membership Support
The Knights Membership team will be available at the Membership Window at McDonald Jones Stadium on matchday from 5:00pm should you have any enquiries.
Getting to the Stadium
Car parking at McDonald Jones Stadium is managed by the Stadium itself. We understand that seasonal carparking is sold out but a limited allocation is mad available each Monday prior to the match via ticketmaster.com.au.
Stadium Shuttle
Don’t forget about the game day shuttle bus services available for each NRL Home Game. Show your Knights 2025 Member Card or game day ticket to jump on for free! For info on routes and timetables visit here.
