In this week's Rookie Report, we take a look at the nib Newcastle Knights pathways teams in the Knock-On-Effect NSW Cup, Harvey Norman NSW Women's Premiership and Jersey Flegg Cup.
The three senior pathways teams were back in action with the NSW Women's Premiership and Jersey Flegg Cup teams hosting the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks at St Johns Oval, Charlestown on Saturday.
The NSW Cup side took on the Newtown Jets in a curtain-raiser before the NRL game on Sunday at McDonald Jones Stadium.

NSW Cup - Knights 12-38 Jets
The NSW Cup side went down by 26 points to the Newtown Jets on Sunday.
Played before the NRL fixture, the side conceded seven tries and notched three of their own.
After conceding three tries in the opening 30 minutes, Brodie Jones got the Knights on the board just before half-time.
The team were left without Dylan Lucas and Bailey Hodgson for the remainder of the contest after the pair succumb to injury.
Luke Huth had the Knights back in the game scoring a try just after half-time.
However, the Jets would rally in the remainder of the second half to score another four tries.
Winger, Brayden Musgrove, notched a late consolation and the Knights third try.
Hymel Hunt made a successful return from injury on the wing while Musgrove had a strong game on the opposite wing running for a team-high 158 metres and a try-assist.
The team sit in ninth spot on the ladder with five wins and eight losses.
The Cup side will play another curtain-raiser before the NRL side when they play the Raiders in Canberra this Sunday.
NSW Women's Premiership - Knights 16-6 Sharks
The NSW Women's Premiership side returned to winning ways with a 10-point win over the Sharks on Saturday.
Monica-Lee Morris got the Knights on the board 11 minutes into the encounter before Anika Butler doubled the lead on the stroke of half-time.
Front-rower, Caitlan Johnston, assured the victory with a try 13 minutes from time.
The Sharks scored a late consolation try through Quincy Dodd with seven minutes to play, although it wasn't enough as the Knights would claim the two points.
Newcastle sit in fourth on the ladder with fours wins and two losses for the season.
They will take on the Central Coast Roosters next Monday in another huge game with only two rounds remaining.
Jersey Flegg Cup - Knights 12-18 Sharks
The Jersey Flegg Cup side were narrowly defeated by six points to the Sharks on Saturday.
The away team jumped out to an early lead with three first-half tries.
Cronulla scored another quickly after the break before the Knights put in a resurgent effort.
James Johnson and Ethan Campbell had the Knights back in the game after scoring tries only four minutes apart.
However, the side couldn't find the decisive third try to go down by six.
The result is only their fourth loss of the season while the team sits in third spot on the ladder.
The team will play the Canberra Raiders in Canberra next Saturday.
