Phoenix Crossland comes out of the team, leaving Gehamat Shibasaki as this week's 18th man.
Connor Watson will start at five-eighth, allowing Mat Croker to play his second NRL game off the bench.
New recruit Jake Clifford will shuffle from five-eighth to halfback to cover Crossland's absence.
Sauaso Sue has also been shifted into the starting side, with Mitch Barnett to be used off the bench.
