Daniel Saifiti has revealed he is “two to three weeks” away from returning from injury.
The powerhouse forward has been sidelined since injuring his knee in Round 9 against Parramatta.
Having missed two games so far, Saifiti is hopeful of making his comeback against Manly.

“I did my first running session (on Saturday) at captain’s run with the boys and turned out pretty good,” Saifiti told Triple M Newcastle radio.
“I think they’re just taking it week by week. I think two to three is what they’re (the medical staff) aiming for.”
Sitting on 94 career appearances, Saifiti is eyeing off the 100-game milestone, while brother Jacob has clocked up 65 games for the Knights.
Jacob announced last week that he has re-signed for a further two seasons, a decision Daniel is thrilled with.

“He deserves it. He put the hard yards in and had a real good pre-season under Adsy (coach Adam O'Brien),” he said.
“I’m happy for him and he thoroughly deserves it.”
