Mark Hughes' positive announcement
Hot of the heels of raising $2.25 million through his foundation's Beanie for Brain Cancer Round, Mark Hughes has made another positive announcement.
The former Knights and NSW Origin centre has completed another scan, which came back clean of Brain Cancer.
Hughes has now been clear of tumours since he completed his last round of chemotherapy in March 2014.
"I went into today's scan feeling really good," Hughes told his followers via the Mark Hughes Foundation's Instagram page.
"I'm feeling even better now, with a great scan result.
"Dr Back's really happy with everything, and I'm feeling great."
