The No.1 was electric today, with everything he touched turning to gold.

His running game saw him become almost unstoppable, racking up a huge metre count which will no doubt leave his legs sore in the morning.

He also racked up 12 points, with a try and four goals, made five tackle breaks and eased the pressure on Mitchell Pearce with four kicks for 59 metres.

The big man took just nine minutes to break his duck, with a massive performance in the first half.

The NSW Origin prop was close to best on ground in the opening stanza, crossing for our first try of the season.

His pace out of dummy-half made a crucial difference up the middle, making 65 metres in his six darts out of dummy half, breaking two tackles in the process.
