Squad reduction: Veteran duo out, youngster to debut

Kristian Woolf has cut two players from his squad ahead of the nib Newcastle Knights’ Round 25 clash against Penrith.

Veteran flyer and former Kiwi international, Shaun Kenny-Dowall, will miss the final game of the year due to a knee issue.

This means teenager Starford To'a will make his NRL debut.

Queensland State of Origin representative Tim Glasby is also set to miss the match.

Glasby and his wife are expecting their second child which sees Josh King come into the starting side at lock.

Woolf will finalise his final 17 one hour prior to kick-off.
