Origin duo Kalyn Ponga and David Klemmer have been named for the ANZ Stadium clash, with Queensland 18th man Tim Glasby also selected.
Connor Watson will replace Danny Levi at hooker with Jamie Buhrer joining the bench and Jacob Saifiti has been included on the extended bench for the first time this season.
