The loyal supporters of the nib Newcastle Knights have set a new membership record.
The Knights are proud to announce we have secured 20,329 members to date.
It’s a huge achievement for the Club whose previous membership record was set at 18,017 in 2018.
The 2019 members have blown that number out of the water.

“The commitment our members make to their Club’s is the key reason why our game continues to prosper,” Knights CEO Mr Philip Gardner said.
“We are a proud Club with proud and passionate supporters.
"Each season we play for a premiership, but the team is also playing for you, our Members.
“You have been patient and I trust in time, your faith will be rewarded.”

In what has already been an exciting start to the season for the Club with the addition of David Klemmer and Mitchell Pearce in stellar form, the membership record is evidence the Knights are headed in the right direction.
Prior to the 2018 season, the Club’s highest membership was clocked at 16,506 back in 2013.
“Newcastle is a rugby league town,” Mr Gardner continued.
“Each week, regardless of the time slot, our loyal supporters turn out in record numbers.
“With memberships still on sale, now is the time to be join our team.”

If you haven’t already done so, get on board today with our ‘pick 6 membership’ which gives members access to any six home games of their choosing.
The Knights are also encouraging all members to get to the Round 11 Indigenous Round blockbuster against the Roosters, where one lucky Member in attendance at McDonald Jones Stadium will win their 2020 Membership renewal for free.
The winning Member will be drawn at random and announced at halftime.
In celebration of the membership milestone, the Knights are also offering members an additional 10 percent discount on top of their existing 10 percent on game day at the Roosters fixture.
This 20 percent discount is redeemable on game day only at the Knights shop at McDonald Jones Stadium, as well as at merchandise outlets within the Stadium.
