Russell was in awe of nib the Newcastle Knights fullback when he ran 100-metres to score one of the best tries of the 2018 season.
You know the one against the Gold Coast Titans.

Ken Sio picked up the ball just before the dead-ball line from an Ash Taylor kick and ran it up towards the Titans defenders as Ponga crept up on his right.
Sio drew in his man and passed to a flying Ponga who brushed past two defenders and streaked away for an amazing try.
The try was ranked No.10 in the NRL’s top 10 tries in 2018.
That was back in Round 11 in what was an exciting clash.
Sadly, the Titans scored two late tries and snapped a field goal to ice the game 33-26 at Cbus Stadium but Round 19 was a different story.
It was Mitch Barnett’s 50th career game and he crossed for a double.
The backrower was unstoppable as the Knights walked away 30-24 winners.
The win was also the only time the Knights won back-to-back home games in the 2018 season.
The Knights travel to the Gold Coast in Round 6.
