Round 6 Canterbury Cup NSW and Jersey Flegg teams

Rory Kostjasyn welcomes Tevita Alifa into the starting side for Newcastle's Canterbury Cup NSW clash this weekend. 

With Herman Ese'ese back in the NRL side, Alifa starts in the middle alongside Pasami Saulo.

Jacob Saifiti is on the bench for what will be his second game back from an ankle injury. 

The Knights face North Sydney Bears at North Sydney Oval on Friday, 3pm.

Meanwhile, Scott Dureau's Jersey Flegg side sees Simi Sasagi on the bench for his second game of 20s.

Sasagi scored four tries last weekend, coming on in the second half in the five-eighth role.

The young Knights face the North Sydney Bears on Friday from 1.15pm at North Sydney Oval.
