The nib Newcastle Knights wish to advise that the pre-season trial against St George Illawarra on Saturday, February 23 has been relocated to WIN Stadium, Wollongong due to the condition of Netstrata Jubilee Oval's playing surface.
Representatives from the Dragons and NRL inspected the stadium on Thursday and informed Netstrata Jubilee Oval's management Georges River Council that the surface was unfit to be played on in the name of player safety.

As a result of the relocation, an NRL and Intrust Super Premiership double-header between the Knights and Dragons will be played in Wollongong.
Details surrounding the Jersey Flegg trial is yet to be confirmed and will be communicated accordingly.

Gates open: 2:15pm
Intrust Super Premiership NSW kick-off: 2:30pm
NRL kick-off: 4pm
