Behind Enemy Lines Round 19: Titans motivation to finish strong

We've infiltrated enemy territory this week to bring you the latest out of the Gold Coast camp ahead of their Round 19 clash against the nib Newcastle Knights at McDonald Jones Stadium on Friday.

Like the Knights, the Titans are pushing for an unbeaten run to the finish of the season in a bid to stay in contention for the finals.

Titans coach Garth Brennan has put an emphasis on finishing the year on a high note as many of his troops round out their first season in the NRL.

"It's important that we finish the year strong," Brennan said.

"We want some confidence going into 2019.

"We're a young squad and I knew this year would be a learning year, they are learning some tough lessons but it's only going to make them stronger going into 2019.

"We'll be going into every game thinking we can win and preparing to win."

After missing the game last week, both Jai Arrow and Keegan Hipgrave return to the field.

"Yep, he's (Arrow) good to go. He was very close on Sunday," Brennan said.

"I'd already made the decision prior to that. He's had a tough Origin campaign, playing in the middle in the toughest arena of our game.

"He did everything he could to try and make Sunday but that has helped him be ready for this weekend."
