Meet Mitch Andrews, the young nib Newcastle Knights' Jersey Flegg/ISP centre with an incredible work ethic. Not only does he juggle the commitments of playing for the Knights, Mitch also works for Newcastle City Council after recently completing a Certificate 3 in Civil Construction. We caught up with Mitch and his supervisor from N.C.C. to discuss the importance of players having a plan B.
