Akuila Uate returns from a Round 2 injury in place of Cory Denniss, while Jack Stockwell replaces Lachlan Fitzgibbon on the bench.
Korbin Sims and Robbie Rochow switch positions as well, with Sims going into the second row and Rochow taking a place up front.
