Five players join the team in Melbourne on Tuesday, with the Knights traveling direct from Auckland to Melbourne for round five against the Storm.
The Knights go into camp with a 21-man squad; Sione Mata’utia, Daniel Saifiti, Akuila Uate, Jack Stockwell and Will Pearsall joining the team. Jake Mamo is sidelined due to an ankle injury, while Josh King returns to Newcastle after traveling as 18th man.
Sione Mata’utia becomes available after serving a one-week suspension, Daniel Saifiti (ribs) and Akuila Uate (chest joint) return from injury while Jack Stockwell and Will Pearsall are promoted from reserve grade.
The Knights train in Melbourne on Wednesday and Friday before Saturday’s match at AAMI Park.
